Project Description

When the Health Protection Agency hired one of the largest lecture suites at Warwick University for a conference on the future of hygene in the NHS. They wanted to ensure that the points and discussions raised at the event were made available to all NHS staff. The logical way to achive this was via their website and Podcast Voices recorded the full days’s conference to make it available as a podcast.

Our Solution

Working closely with the venue’s AV technicians we ensured the lecture theatre was rigged properly for recording. We were faced with many of the challenges of recording live such as speakers moving around the room and ensuring that audience members were properly captured during Q&A sessions. We succesfully provided the HPA and NHS with high quality recordings from the day that were edited to give them a professional finish.
