Following appointment, Podcast Voices will draw up a schedule of preparation and production to ensure we meet your deadlines. We can assist with planning / structuring the discussion script throughout the process in order to create podcasts that convey your message in a relevant and inspiring way for your audience.

We will seek approval at all stages of the production and our schedule will clearly identify dates on which your participation / approval will be required.

Preparing Ideas / Scripts

Once you are ready to turn your content into Podcast format an allocated producer will discuss scripting issues with you. This is key to the process as the written word is often very different from what we hear.

Whether you wish to write the script yourself or leave the planning and scripting process to us we can help you get across your message in an effective and compelling way.

Recording

Either in the studio, over the telephone or on location we record your content in a concise way, tailored to your requirements. We strive for the very best quality possible at all times to create a professional sounding polished production at web economy prices.

Whether you have an individual to record or a full conference to host we will organise the best recording facilities.

Editing and Post Production

Producers edit and refine the Podcast using meticulous audio production methods. Backing music, themes and sound effects are also added if required. The final stage of this process is optimizing the Podcast whether it be audio or video for the web. Depending on the format required, we will ensure that the files are delivered with ID3 tagging, which can embed a logo and other descriptive information within the file.

Bespoke Music

For the majority of productions we prefer to offer you bespoke music production. We have a team of composers who can create jingle packages, imaging, theme tunes and backing music that truly reflects your brand and podcast content and ensures that your podcast is both unique and recognisable. We can also negotiate usage to allow you to use our music productions in  other areas of your advertising and marketing campaigns.

Sound Effects

Prior to recording we will discuss any musical or SFX (Sound Effects) requirements for the podcast or video cast. We have a large library of both and will advise on what best suits your content.

If any unusual or unique sound effects are required to enhance your podcast production, we have a vast library on hand or we can record and create from scratch.

File Formats and Delivery

Podcast Voices are specialists at optimising  your Audio or Video for the web. Whether the format be MP3, AAC, iTunes ready MP4, MPEG, WMV , MOV or Flash Formats (FLV) or even a combination of many, leave it to us to provide the most effective delivery format for you.

The files will be fully ID3 tagged to embed crucial information and logos that will display whilst the audio plays.

Hosting and Web Build

From simple landing pages, integrated  clones of your own site or fully rebranded community websites we can cover all your needs to make your podcast public. You don’t even have to worry about bandwidth, you can host with us. If you choose to host with us, then we will fully integrate your podcast site with flash players as well as direct download links, iTunes listing and RSS subscription feeds. This gives the user the easiest possible experience when accessing your podcast by allowing them to press play direct from the site, download locally to their computer and subscribe to any new releases or additions.
