ASC Round Table Podcast

Project Description

Following a five year project between the Academy for Sustainable Communities and their partners LDA Design we were approached to assist these two companies in publishing their findings, opinions and results from experiences over the course of the project in a new and more engaging way. The Academy already published white paper but wanted to allow the experiences of their members and associates to be aired in a less formal and more accessible medium.

Our Solution

We arranged LDA Design a suitable recording date for a round table discussion between seven people in one of our recording studios to create a forty five minute audio podcast. The recording session was chaired by the Academy for Sustainable Communities Peter Heatherington and we were able to offer our expert advice at all stages of the scripting, recording and editing process to ensure they achieved the right result for their target audience. The edits went through a clear approval process with both clients ensuring they were happy with the audio at each stage of post production. We composed a bespoke music theme to open and close the podcast as well as scripting voice tags and advising their web design team on publishing the podcast once completed. In order to increase the reach and search-ability of the round table audio podcast we also provided a full transcription of the podcast upon completion of the final edit.
